Returns & Exchanges Policy

If your order has been shipped, you are responsible to pay for the following cancellation charges:

In the event that you cancel or return an order, a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit in addition to the return shipping cost.

If you or the funeral home refuse to accept delivery of the package and the package is returned to us, this will be considered an order cancellation and you will be subject to cancellation charges.

A redelivery fee will be charged if redelivery is required due to customer or funeral home error.

As we process the orders with great care and concern accordingly to the customers' requirements and specifications; in return, we would like the customer to treat the order seriously. There is no exception to these charges. If you have any questions on your order or our products, you can email us and you will receive a response from us usually within 1 hour.

All claims and returns must be made within 24 hours after receiving your purchased order or orders. We will exchange your purchase or credit/refund your order less shipping charges. All shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer (both on returning back to us and shipping it back to the customer) unless we made a mistake in processing your order.

We will not accept for any product or products that appear to be used, soiled, or in any other condition different from the originally shipped condition.

It is the customer's responsibility when placing an order to make sure that the casket chosen meets all requirements for one's own religion and size. Once order is placed and shipped out, it is the customer's responsibility to comply with our return policy in the event you request to cancel your order.

We would appreciate if you would let us know prior to returning any items so that we will expect your package for processing. Please email us to first obtain a RMA number for all possible returns. Otherwise, no return will be accepted. All unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back at the expense of the sender. All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after the date of issuance. We must receive the merchandise within 10 days to consider the RMA valid. Please keep the carrier's tracking numbers for your records.

All sales are final on clearance items. No refunds or exchanges.
